We are a small group of highly qualified and very experienced trainers who are passionate about helping councillors to develop their skills to the full to meet the requirements of their very challenging roles. No one on our team has less than 25 years experience supporting members and officers with their work
Our aim is to provide practical advice and skills development support for members in an engaging and dynamic environment. We deliver our sessions via your preferred method (Teams/ Zoom/ In the room too where possible) and DON'T do 'death by PowerPoint'. We want members to have practical 'takeaway' tips and techniques that they can use immediately to improve their performance
All of our training and coaching support is delivered from a member perspective and has been developed over many years with many thousands of councillors and officers. That said, the next course we provide for you will be bespoke to your members' needs, will be underpinned by excellent preparation with a firm focus on achieving reliably good outcomes and excellent feedback from your delegates
